The “GoodFood TO Art Show” is the brainchild of both recognized food blogger Hubert at GoodFood Toronto and rising artist Trevor Twells. Sponsored by the Trinity Bellwoods BIA and Sipsmith Gin.
Toronto, June 1st, 2018 – On June 1st, 2018, food blogger GoodFood Toronto and artist Trevor Twells will be opening The “GoodFood TO Art Show”. Backed by both the Trinity Bellwoods BIA and gin company Sipsmith, this free 1-day art exhibit will display some of the most diverse and enjoyable things about Toronto, it’s food. The art pieces consist of anaglyph 3D food collages of some of Toronto’s notable food places, as well as complimentary drinks for guests. Guests will also be given free 3D shades to view the art’s full effect.
The collaborator’s statement for this project is to create an unforgettable night of appreciation for Toronto’s diverse food culture.
About the Creators:
Trevor Twells is a 26-year-old Toronto based designer and artist. His art projects, such as the exhibits “Congestion in 3D”, “TTC Pop Culture Project” and “STEREO” have been featured in various media outlets.
Hubert Leung is a veteran food blogger and owner of Good Food Toronto, a popular Toronto food blog. Hubert has worked with a wide-range of food industry leaders such as McDonald's, Google and Jolibee.
